Oh no! What a shame that such a pretty and expensive bag came defective. I've been eyeing this particular bag but I'm not sure if the ones on AMAZON are the real deal. I know they've sold out on COACH website.
Coach quality has suffered over the last few years, I won't buy anything from Coach anymore. That said, it is just not Coach it seems to be with everything lately. My husband is a kitchen designer and he said the cabinet manufacturers aren't checking quality before cabinets go out to a job, they are scratched, dented and colors don't match. I swear everything has turned to junk but the prices sure have climbed. Crazy!.............Tammy
Whether the bag is 200 or 600, your new bag should bring you joy! That is unacceptable for 600 that there’s a dent and the back pocket is not straight. That cardboard popping noise would drive me nuts on top of having that dent. Also, from my phone it looks like the height on the side where the dent is shorter than the other side. That could also be why the back pocket is crooked. I hope you can find this bag in perfect condition! It seems there are quality issues with every brand and comes down to luck if the draw. I have had to return /exchange stuff whether it’s luxury or contemporary brands. The inconsistency regarding quality is sure frustrating.

Wow, I do not blame you. Honestly I did not see til you pointed it out, but I would send back too. I ordered the Cassie in denim and no flaws and rec’d my Rogue Top handle today with no flaws. It seems like the denim Tabby line is where they are having most of their issues. Sad because it is a beautiful bag.
I had a similar issue with the Denim Cassie 19 and ended up exchanging it for the Chalk leather version. It was making that cardboard sound on the flap and there was rippling in the denim in the back of purse. I agree, we should be happy with the quality when paying extra for a denim version.
Hi Cami! I’m glad you did the follow up. I didn’t see the pocket really well on the first video but I think it bothers me more about the side flaw. I agree for $600 it’s unacceptable for $200-$300 maybe. There should be no issues at all with these bags. It’s all the time though. TFS you may get one down the line when it’s on sale like I did with my pillow Madison a year after for half the cost.

Hey Cami, I saw your unboxing and when you were showing us the bag I thought that the front flap was uneven, or at least looked like it to me, did today as well 🤷🏻♀️ I was watching on my TV at the time and couldn’t comment 🙁 After I watched Handbag Housewife’s video of 2 defective bags, I was glad that my order was cancelled. Disappointing that there are so many quality issues with this collection.
These were back in stock for a minute this morning and were gone in seconds, I couldn’t even tell you to look. The pocket looks ok to me when you hold it up but looked crooked when it was sitting down. The stitching lines up. Maybe the bottom wasn’t flat?

You are not being picky. If it bothers you at any price, it's not acceptable and should be sent back!
