Before CPAC, before CBC, before even CHEZ-FM, Ken Rockburn was making community media in Ottawa. This doc explores some of Ken's connections through the Algonquin College community development program and the Federation of Citizens' Associations. This may be the first colour doc shot on portable video equipment in the Ottawa area. It was edited on 3/4 without a controller.
