I Love Alison Sealy-Smith Reprising Her Role Again As Storm!

Sealy-Smith is an icon! Hearing her as Storm fills me with so much energy, power, life, whatever you wanna call it. Alison makes you feel like you are Storm, herself. I especially loved in X-Men ‘97 when she gets her powers back, they really made us feel like we were Storm or that we were there. The shot of Storm entering the upper atmosphere was fucking immaculate. Alison Sealy-Smith IS Storm and will forever be Storm. I know live action isn’t really her jam but I could totally see Alison being Storm in a live action movie. Imagine how hyped everyone would be if they got to not only see but hear Sealy-Smith’s iconic, “Let them Thunder, for I AM LIGHTNING!!”
I don’t think I ever want anyone else to play Storm, that’s how good Alison Sealy-Smith is too me. It’s the same thing for Jennifer Hale and Jean Grey, in my opinion no one else could top either actress in their respective roles. Jennifer might not be the original Jean but she damn sure made a big enough impact to where she’s synonymous to Jean Grey and the Phoenix. When I think of Storm or Jean, I think of Alison and Jennifer and how well they incorporated personal aspects of themselves into these characters.
