I'm 79 and have the same social attitude. I'm British and will not be crowded out of my culture or Country by hysterical virtue signallers. Society doesn't change that much, it's just those trying to attract attention to themselves get louder and more obnoxious in the effort.

If you feel crowded out it says more about you. Did you ever wonder what it felt like to be an Australian aboriginal, a New Zealand Maori, a North American native American, a black South African............all swamped by your ancestors so I suggest you shut up, people move, and the English certainly did so have no grounds to whinge now. Personally I love that people choose our country, it's a compliment and don't forget, these people have chosen to be here, you? and me? Just an accident of birth, remember that, you are here purely by accident, it's where you feel out of your poor mother.

Why is it, that our decision and our vote, should be overruled by a biased Remainer Parliament and the last two remaining candidates that they have voted for are ‘continuity’ candidates. We need a new fresh approach to the Conservative Party, not the ‘same old….same old’. The Conservative Party, does not represent the voters….why can’t they see this?

      @@gadget348 A silly claim.
The only reason you can go find a place of work, grow within that company based on the merit of your work, and earn for what you do, is Capitalism.
The only reason you can formulate a business model, gather the best trained people for the skills required, and provide employment for entire towns just with moderate success, is Capitalism.
It is unfortunate that some mistreat thier workers. But even in third world countries, would it be better without employment, the promise of industry, money into the local economies, a connection to global trade. You can't just say sweatshop and dismiss all the good things that capitalism brings to those communities.
And socialism doesnt just fail because the right guy wasn't in charge. It is a flawed system based on giving no incentive for success, and taking food out of peoples mouths so everyone has the same. All equal in thier poverty.
