Actually With Each Progressive Iteration we are only allowed to explore the immediate neighbors of the previously explored nodes . In this case , after t=1 only 2 ,3 ,4 were explored . so in next round t=2 we can only explore their immediate neighbor which are 5 and 6 . Hence 7 is inaccessible .
