When I am in a high state of alignment, I sense the energy & think of it as a water fountain that is so full, it is splashing over onto everything. When I sense that my level is lower, the abundant overflow isnt there. I instincitvely feel that I must pull back & “refill” until the abundance is spilling over once again. The giving of myself & my gifts is just a natural byproduct of alignment & clarity. We must give from a state of abundance-not scarcity. Staying in the field of energetic abundance insures I have more to give!
