A friend and I have a meme run we like to do. We go in with 4 shots, 1 of each, and knuckle knife, medkit, and derringers. We can only get guns we find in the world or from hunters killed.

3:04 Yeah, I find Slugs can let you down in the middle of a fire fight, compared to buckshot. When I run with buckshot, I know I just need to get in close, around that 10m and below and I will generally get a kill.
thoughts on elemental mele weapons? i was thinking like heavy knuckls where light attack dose fire dmg not enough to ignite a grunt on 1 hit, prolly 2, but then has heavy mele which is like same as regular knife but for blunt dmg :D not very usefull but why not :D
Maybe I'm the dummy, but I think bolt thrower should speed up the bomb lance reload. As it is now, it really weirds me out that the animation can be cancelled AFTER you lock the springs back but it doesn't count as reloaded.

Bullwalk only reduce the dmg of the OG sticking explosive bolt, not the waxed bolt and definitely not the melee swing. And Hornskin only reduce blunt dmg, so it doesn't affect the Bomblance as well.

That flare shot was hilarious. But also really demonstrates the advantage solo mmr has. Both games you had a shotgun and youre playing against people that will happily fight you in shotgun range with their rifles. I get it that this makes for good content of dunking on them, but damn that system is fundamentally broken.
The tough part about facing solo shotguns is their maneuverability. Any time they would be able to get a good rifle hit in, he would quickly be able to duck into cover. Not to mention Mike's game sense is absolutely enviable and he's usually hella conscious of his in-game surroundings, so he constantly gets weird & unexpected angles and peeks on people. In that situation I don't even know if those guys could of even played to range somewhat safely.

Sorry to bitch here but really not having a good time playing hunt lately. Has anyone else noticed how absolutely broken the matchmaking/MMR system is? Im going between 3 and 5 star constantly, im either playing with 10,000 hour veterans or people who are literally drinking lead paint as they are playing. Just played in a match as a solo in 3 star and got killed by a 3 stack of 5 stars. How???????????
Yeah me too, i'm a constantly struggling but solid 3star, and never would see me way above that level-but i can't say how many times i killed the same ppl over and over until i lost fun qlltogether cause i knew they were 10000hours players that essentially use the shitty mmr system to roll through 1star lobbies once they're down there and would blast me a few days later,probably feeling like gods or some shit....they surely brag about it, as if it wasn't a pisspoor way of cheating without cheating.
Hey psychoghost, I know you read people comments, hunt comunity needs your help, the amount of cheaters is increasing every day and crytek dont give a damm about it, their report system is bad, you can hide your in game stats and info and this disable the report system, please, expose the hacker problem we have, I can post a link that leads to a youtube video explaining it

My favourite loadout ever in hunt was a full concertina bow paired with a poison hand crossbow and traps 😂 so much fun
