Super senior pensioners shoul be given tax exemption fully without tax upto 10 lakhs not linking to any lower brackets ie: with standard deduction if the net income/pension is 10 lakhs there shoul be no tax - that is what we wish

Our EPFO Senior Citizens are demanding for increase pension since 2016. You never considered their request. Our Senior citizens are presently living below poverty line. BJP govt not bother. जिनकी इनकम सरकार से,कंपनी कर्मकी वेतन, बैक ब्याज आदि की है उनसै तो एक-एक रूपया कि टेक्स वसुली होती है। जबकि बिना हिसाब वाले दुकानदार,नाई,दर्जी , मेकेनिक ये कर्म.आदि सै ज्यादा कमाई करते हैं। स्थायी संपत्ति मकान,जमीन अर्जित है लंबी चौडी खेती-बाड़ी है कोई टैक्स नहीं।

These idiots won't touch old regime
For salaried person, who are liable for taxation is being deducted. I absolutely comply with this.
But, on filing return the situation is a bit annoying that on interest earned from savings are being taxed. If Govt. could get some way out to avoid levieing taxes on interests earned from savings could be more appealing.
It's really hard for a pvt.employee to adjust daily needs with this.
Another major point I need to add, is that when taxation charges are common for both Govt. & Pvt. employees then why not the salary structure be the same ❓
When Govt employees are getting increment on various scales we pvt.employees are stuck much behind the running scale set by Govt.
This matter needs to be focused.

Individual should not be compelled to pay income tax above a rate which is higher than corporate tax. There is no justification why personal income tax is higher than corporate tax.

Most of the person prefer OLD TAX REGIME, because many of the persons have taken Housing Loan and interest upto Rupees 2 lacs is exempted from Tax. Many persons have taken LIC. Policy, ULIP etc. (under Section 80_C. Mediclaim policy etc. which are. exempted from Tax In New. TAX REGIME, these deductions are not there. That is why persons who taken Housing Loan, NSC LIC policy etc will go with the OLD TAX REGIME. So. Govt. Should increase the exemption limit in OLD TAX REGIME for the benefit of those who have already taken Housing Loan, LIC POLICY etc. We hope that the Government will increase the limit those who. have taken Housing Loan , LIC POLICY. New tax regime tax slabs 0-5, 5-10, 10- 15 and so on hona chahiye aur handicapped employees ko khaas shoot jo old regime me di ja rahee hai, vo new regime me bhi honi chahiye. Savings me bhi rebate honi chahiye.
