Fun fact, as far as I know personally, non of the hashira became hashira by defeating an uppermoon, only a lowermoon or killing 70* demons (To become a Hashira, you have to defeat one of the twelve kisuki or kill 70 demons, which even then you are not guaranteed a spot*) so thats why non of the hashira easily defeated an uppermoon, because they had never encountered one before and before them the uppermoons had killed off so many hashira, so if you ever wonder why they are hashira yet can't defeat an uppermoon with ease, well one its an uppermoon, and the hashira are human, and number 2 its because they have never encountered or crossed paths with one before. Nah if tanjiro actually start to get bullied in the village... the villagers would expel whoever did the bully the fuck out of the village without the chance to come back. Like bro was everyone's favorite in the village. Always happy, kind, sweet, always ready to help, sells coal Which is very useful cuz they live in snow area, and most of all he got great smell so he can help the others with finding things or finding out who stole something and etc. If tanjiro have ever had bullies in village, they gotta be thinking the 100 time before try to bully tanjiro the second time, otherwise all what waits them is grave or hatred of the whole village
