a. the sanction would not be considered if Africa was one Country - United States of Africa;
b. Sanctioning Africa as a continent would be 'the west shooting its (her) own feet';
c. Population of 1.3 - 1.4 billion people;
d. Speaking with one voice for the Africa population will command respect and recognition;
e. Coup d' etat in the French colonial Africa countries would be a thing of the past;
f. Any sanctions against United State of Africa can be reciprocal;
g. United States of Africa constitutional law, one Army, one government and one people despite different religion;
