The man playing the piano is Hiroyuki Sawano, the composer.
Idk if anyone else mentions this, but the man with headphones and electronic keyboard is Kohta Yamamoto, the Final Season's main composer
One of the musicians participating in this video, Drums (Makoto Fujisaki), looks very similar to AOT's author Hajime Isayama. Even I, a Japanese person, made a mistake.
When I first saw this video, I mistakenly thought, "Wow! Isayama is on drums."

It's actually an official soundtrack (seasons 1-3), not cover, performed live in a studio, with orchestra. AoT music is just magic

I disagree with you, final season soundtrack still goes as hard as before.
A master class composition by a God-Level composer like Hiroyuki Sawano... It was impossible the result would be anything different. One of the best OST for any media in history!

If that happened, the person would correct it later on by re-recording just the little part where they messed up - it's called overdubbing. However, when you're using professional musicians of that calibre, outright mistakes that would sound bad are rare. I used to know a guy that was a guitarist that played with some major musical acts, and one day I was over at his house while he was jamming and practicing and he cursed while playing a part. I asked him what was wrong, and he says "I ALMOST made a mistake". That's how talented these guys are - usually overdubbing is used not because something sounded bad but rather because they feel they could redo a part to make it even better.

You're not wrong, I've watched a good bit of anime, movies, and tv shows, and I still struggle to find anything better than AoT. It's just great and I end up rewatching it instead of starting something else.
Read one piece manga. It's also really great. My fav show was aot but now one piece is . But aot holds a special place in my heart and specially it's soundtrack, they are just the best. Nothing can aot music for me

A fun fact: Attack on Titan is the MOST in-demand TV in the WORLD globally when the Final Season both Parts 1 and 2, was airing respectively and consecutively. Part 3 - the ending of the story comes out next year in 2023!

A suite is a composed group of pieces from one work (originally ballet). The composer, Sawano Hiroyuki writes many arrangements of his songs. Almost all the musicians in this video work with Sawano consistently, and they also go on tour with him. There are a couple lyricists who work with him, one is the guy who sings in this video. Over the years Sawano has worked with many singers, I know for certain that at least some of them have their own bands. Some of his songs (in particular) are part of soundtracks, and can be found on the OST albums, some are part of his nZk vocal songs project and are found on those albums, and another group of them are on the albums of the singers who worked with him.
I'm so glad they went with this style for the music. It works soooooo well for attack on titan

I decided to look for a best-AoT-soundtrack video after I watched s1-3 for the first time and back then I didn't recognized the titles or in which scene each one was played, but the amount of feelings (ALL of them) that I felt while listening was HUGE. So I can relate to the eyebrows-up, kinda-teary-eyes and hand-in-chest-to-try-to-pull-yourself-together reactions I watched here 😂
It's a shame you don't keep with the videos but I get it's a lot of work and time, so it's great to know you're still enjoying the show!

It's not a real live performance, but it's a great video that really conveys a sense of realism. I am so happy to be able to watch it for free. The acting, singing, and direction are all top-notch, and when I recall the episodes, I cry. I will treasure this video forever.
I would call it a video of a large studio recording where most of the musicians actually perform together.
It's live IN STUDIO. It's a real live performance, just with some backtracks/loops. If you listen, you'll notice very subtle differences/new elements. It most definitely IS an actual live performance.
