The first one is a human wish where you become your oun God., and the second is a manifestation or command from The Word of God from where everything was created. When we decree over ourselves what is written in the word of God, His word becomes ALIVE and give us dominion over any situation. Very different from declaring from our oun wishes and desires which don't have enough power to change things. Do not lean on your oun understanding. I place myself under He who all powers were given, and His dominion will manifest over my life, because it is pre destined and ordained by the CREATOR OF EVERYTHING!
