Good tips! Personally, when I save refs, I rename them to the character's name, fandom (if any) and their ID. It helps keep everything I need in a single file
this year im definitely going to comment on ALL of the attacks i get, as last year i forgot to!! and i will try to pace myself, and revenge most :D, i really love your voice by the way!
