I just bought a 1745D 2022 model from Tellus Equipment, it only had 50+ or so bales run through it, upon delivery I notice the bale tension knob was screwed all the way in, and the bale size sensor was set to max. Could these two setting affect bale density? I have reset the bale size to about 57 inches and backed off the tension knob a couple of turns. What is the cycle start plug on the harness? I am thinking it is for a manual test? Also looking for operators manual and parts manual.

Cycle start is for aux input switch to start the tie cycle. Are you having an issue with density? Should be no issue running max size and max density. In fact Saturday we had a guy come looking for a skinnier bale spear because he can’t stab his bales.

what do you adjust when mesh roll is small stops counting and alarms?

I’m assuming it does apply mesh just doesn’t show that it’s applying on the monitor.
The first thing I’d check is to make sure the sensing wheel is contacting the mesh roll when it gets small . Verify it’s not hanging up and that it’s getting full travel.

I have a new actuator on my net wrap system and it only goes one direction when testing does it need to be programmed or is something else wrong?

I’m just seeing your comment. Did you get it figured out? If not, give us a call sometime I think troubleshooting would be easier to walk through over the phone.
