One of my boss' bodyguards used to have lunch with us and he told us that they are trained to push away anyone that tríes to get closer. He did not like to do that to women because they can't do it nicely (and you never know) but they have to do it like it or not.
Imagine how easier things would be for any celebrity, not only BTS, if some "fans" actually treated them like human beings - with respect to their personal space and privacy. If you actually happen to see them in real life just keep a distance, don't stalk or mob them, don't share photos on social media if that's a personal event. That's not how you treat a person you should care for.

I am addicted to watching their airport videos. I love watching how their bodyguards protect them. All the staff working with BTS , protecting, or working on RUN BTS or taking care of their look s ...etc deserve to be respected and appreciated. They are part of the succes. 👍👍
Hurts my heart when Jimin said he didn't have time to even look around, Hobi can't shop in peace and Taehyung having to run into the car just to take cover from saesangs. I think about the job they do, and the wonderful people that BTS are, and I imagine what it was like at the first meeting BigHit had with them about employing security/bodyguards....I bet that they were taken aback. Imagine being so young and realizing that you were gonna have to PAY someone to protect you with their life if need be....that's a LOT to handle. They won’t hurt you unless you are doing something wrong. You would only be pushed if you are in the way. It is their job to protect BTS. They do a great job and I am thankful they take their job seriously 💜💜💜
5:56 this girl is an infamous sasaeng, she is known as the "no pants girl", followed bts everywhere during the tour, she followed them from country to country, and tried booking a plane seat next to one of the members, not sure if she succeeded tho. But there is definitely one time when a sasaeng booked a seat right next to the members in one flight, I can't imagine how uncomfortable they must have felt, how much stress, the bodyguards and bts would have had, not knowing what she was gonna do for the whole flight

My friend saw RM one time and he signed her autograph and gave her a hat and a key holder. Took pictures with him. She still never posted the gifts and pictures because she said their privacy was what was needed and am glad she did. She bought a safe and kept her items she was given by RM her cousin wanted to streak and sell it so she sent it to the bank to be kept in safe for her

BTS' recent visit to LA was such a releif when V and Jhope could spend their time in Hawaii, when Namjoon & Suga visited all the places they liked and nobody knew until they posted abt it themselves. That's how it should always actually be! The boys truly appreciate those gestures, so much so that they thanked army in social media.

Maybe I'm weird but I don't really want to meet them in person not even at a fan sign because their in basically at work and I definitely wouldn't approach them while their out. How I wish that all the fans and supporters of BTS show respect and space for the 7 guys. They deserve to enjoy walking or even doing some shopping especially if they are out of SK. the girl who was at the airport near them alone.. she got access because her family has influence, she is a stalker. She was on the same plane as the boys. The same guy who filmed the boys is from Korea, like it's TMZ, it's everywhere. I'm glad that in Korea and Japan the boys feel more comfortable because the fans have a culture of not bothering them.

That “24 7 paps tv” is paparazzi and in the US. Celebrity culture in the US is a lot worse than where they’re from when it comes to what is considered acceptable when it comes to people who are famous. I can’t imagine how frightening it is to deal with the level of fanaticism in a place like this and just the contrast of what they’re used to. I know they get crazy crowds and fans everywhere…. There’s just no such thing as privacy in the US especially with paparazzi…. I feel so bad for them. They’re such sweet and kind people who deserve the world…. It’s really hard seeing them scared.

They expose themselves to the public eye. But there shouldn't be much more to it. And tabloids/gossip magazines/paparazzi should be banned >_

FYI the guy at 14:26 is shown a lot in their videos, that guy is actually not their Manager, but their head of security, according to one of Lee Hyun’s videos when he tried to be BTS’ Manager for a day.
the girl who was at the airport near them alone.. she got access because her family has influence, she is a stalker. She was on the same plane as the boys. The same guy who filmed the boys is from Korea, like it's TMZ, it's everywhere. I'm glad that in Korea and Japan the boys feel more comfortable because the fans have a culture of not bothering them.

I’m sure each one of the security could kick some serious butt! As far as the shopping, BTS management needs to see if any of those stores would let the members shop after closing time. Elvis did it all the time. Read where Tae said the fans can be scary. Can’t be too careful.

The ones going close are not real army. Some People with cameras are from fansites. It's scary for them. Real Armys will always be protective. Even there are toxic press people with cameras. People that even know their flight schedules is scary.

The people who go to airports and behave like this tend to be the wilder, more entitled and obsessive fans because most of ARMY believes in letting the guys travel peacefully and comfortably. They deserve to have a semblance of normalcy in their lives. They have given us sooo much. Anyone trying to take more is selfish and entitled.

Tae even mentioned on a VLive that some "fans" booked the same flight like them just to take pictures and that they shouldn´t to that! I can´t really understand those people. like you said: let the boys live, they are just people- young boys even! what do you get from it?

That “24 7 paps tv” is paparazzi and in the US. Celebrity culture in the US is a lot worse than where they’re from when it comes to what is considered acceptable when it comes to people who are famous. I can’t imagine how frightening it is to deal with the level of fanaticism in a place like this and just the contrast of what they’re used to. I know they get crazy crowds and fans everywhere…. There’s just no such thing as privacy in the US especially with paparazzi…. I feel so bad for them. They’re such sweet and kind people who deserve the world…. It’s really hard seeing them scared.
I think if they engage fans to much that could make things worse. Stay focused on getting through the crowd - keep it moving, head down.

I live in an area which has quite a lot of celebrities (on the other side of town to my home) so I have met a few of them. I treated them like anyone else I meet in the queue in the shop. I didn’t let on I knew who they were I just had a chat with them as I would anyone else in the queue. No one deserves to be hounded by fans. BTS have enough official cameras in their lives.
I will never understand the behavior of deranged people like those. First, if I saw them in real life face to face I mean, no concerts, I'd probably faint so no time to scream or run to them xD Jokes aside, I sure would go O_O and look immediately down or around or anywhere else in order to not make them feel bad. Sure I'd be stealing glances and go uwu, but 50m apart I guess. ANd please, not following them! If you are lucky to see them at a restaurant, just don't try to go out behind them T-T
I don't know why there are these degrees of fan behavior. I used to work at the airport in Madrid, a lot of famous people came by (also downtown Madrid) and I would talk to them as I would talk to any other customer. Some were super funny and actually engaged in conversation, whereas a small amount would be like "don't you know who I am" (in a bad way, not joking and going "wow, that's great")
People have jobs in entertainment: actors, musicians, writers... and that's why it's called entertainment. They expose themselves to the public eye. But there shouldn't be much more to it. And tabloids/gossip magazines/paparazzi should be banned >_
