A tip for eating these noodles:
Donot use any liqiud in between and it will be much easier

1. Add the spicy juice/sauce/powder to the noodles while cooking itself. You won't feel that hot.
2. Apply any edible oil generously, inside the mouth all around including the tongue. The spice won't be felt in the mouth.
3. If you want your pallet too not to feel the heat, just swallow .. gulp down 20 ml of any edible oil before starting eating these spicy noodles. Your stomach won't hurt.
