    This man has the best wrestling videos I have seen. In my middle age I still train and use to go off alot of my physical attributes but his videos are so simple and effective the only thing missing is the repetition of doing them.

    Love this position for the simple fact of "not winning the ties and head position" but infact winning the tie and head position.

    How many reps does it take for a move to become ingrained in muscle memory and do you have to do the move in live wrestling or can it simply be drilled?

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Proper drilling includes some resistance and situational wrestling (drill the setup get to the leg and then have your opponent give you different defenses from there). Workouts should be 70% hard drilling and 30% live. The number of reps required varies by individual but if you structure your workouts properly you will attain the benefits. yo, I'm having a little trouble on matches. Coach Carter really only teaches moves for maybe 195 and below. I'm at 285 (244) and would like to make my team proud. Anyone from Texas recognize the Hanks team?
