Thanks for a simple how to video on tying in a limb-driven rest. I’m trying to self teach myself bow set-up and tuning. The Hamskea rests have a great cord system that allows you to give slack to tie it in, then tighten it up afterwards. Thanks again.
I don't care what his finger nails look like at least he knows what he's talking about. I have a onedia Phoenix an looking for advice on a drop a way rest or anybody ever put a drop a way on a lever bow thanks great video by the way
So,my 2008-9 limb driver rest still works great, still using the same cord that came with it... why would I buy one that what I'm seeing is an inferior rest. Even though the new ones have full containment.. just curious
jeffrey bateham the new gen 7 version is a molded cage so the rest is a lot quieter when you shoot. You don’t have the aluminum on aluminum sound but there is nothing wrong with the older models you can see in this video I have one too. My wife is still shooting her old model pro v too.
@@infectedoutdoors I dont have aluminium slap, took care of that the 3rd shot out years ago. But thanks. Glad some of thier equipment lasts like mine. Not sure why they changed the up cable
Finally a video with a closeup of the cord to limb knot. Outstanding.
Just bought a new drop away and have never used a limb driven rest before. This was a simple and perfect example. Thanks!

Yes sir
You said that you like the third tie method best, but I saw only two examples. Which method were you referencing?
Great . Very good information and visual presentation .
Very good. New sub.
Got my sub
Thank you
👍
First bowhunter I've seen with manicured nails
How far up or down the limb should I tie the cord? Does it make any difference?
Yes it will make a difference in how long the rest stays up. I start even with the cam and start from there
