Love your voice and love your approach towards every song. Keep up your great job! ❤️ As for my top-10 countdown: 10. Slovenia 🇸🇮 (love the band's vibe) 9. Spain 🇪🇸 (I really appreciate it in terms of artistry) 8. Malta 🇲🇹 (I don't know what caught me here, perhaps the fact that I like the introversion this song emits. And the singer is pretty cute as well) 7. Serbia 🇷🇸 (I definitely think it's something innovative and daring) 6. France 🇨🇵 (It's contemporary but at the same time is pretty classy as if it combined elements from different decades) 5. Cyprus 🇨🇾 (I know that the song is nothing special, but I love the power of the chorus and I really hope he will have the vocal power to highlight it in the live shows) 4. Sweden 🇸🇪 (God, I can't tell how much I love Loreen and her performances. I'm into her discography for many years now and I still wonder how she hasn't achieved an international fame, her songs are so beautiful and she's a great performer too) 3. Finland 🇫🇮 (I really love the energy of this song and Kaarija's charisma is unique too) 2. Denmark 🇩🇰 (It's a guilty pleasure. I know that the song itself is average, but, I really love the orchestration of the pre chorus reminding the sound of previous decades) 1. Czechia 🇨🇿 (I don't know how this energy and message will be conveyed on stage, but this song is -studiowise- one of the best orchestrations ever participated. @@haleesa1401 Yes, indeed, he's made a great job as for the lyrics, and, to be absolutely honest, his song is a grower for me as well. However, Ι still can't relate to it entirely. What I really hope is that he will enjoy his whole experience there, it's pretty unthinkable to perform in front of such a large audience and thinking of Blanche, and her terror back in 2017, I wouldn't want anyone else to feel like that again. It's a celebration, it's an honour, it's a lifetime experience that very few have the opportunity to live.

Greetings from Finland. It was fascinating to see and hear you sing in so many languages. Finnish is not the most easiest language for a foreigner, but you got pretty much all the alphabets right, and already that is a 12 points from Finland. To you. I have been struggling with my top. Obviously I can not say a thing about Finnish participant, but I have some songs I like and would like to see succeeding in ESC. However, Czechia, even if it is one my favourites, the live performances have not convinced me. So, therefore: 1. Serbia 2. France 3. Australia

@@haleesa1401 Oh, you are Estonian. That explains the Finnish part, but you are absolutely brilliant in all the other languages as well. Finnish is usually the toughest because the "ä" and "y", "r" and "j" sounds are very different in Finnish and Estonian compared to any of the other ESC languages. You must have had to use quite a lot of time to get the spelling sound right.

@@haleesa1401 Have you been doing that for a long time? For some people it can pretty easy to make distinctions between different kinds of sounds, whether languages or some other sounds. I think I can hear quite well the differences, but the outcome can be something from disastrous to foul. Well, okay too. At least I should read the actual lyrics, and try to make notes, how the spelling goes... You know Finnish Saara Forsberg, Smoukahontas, "the language girl". She became known at least in Finland for mimicking different languages. The spelling, but the phrases she was saying would be complete nonsense.
@@tommilaitinen5555 I think it comes rather easily for me to catch the right kind of sounds and pronunciations when I can hear it and read it at the same time, for lots of Finns and Estonians I suppose, because we have very similar sounds just represented by different letters (like finnish 'y' is literally 'ü' for us or danish 'Ø' is 'Ö' for us) But some kind of 'accent' always stays of course which is normal. Yeah I remember when Saara blew up with her video years ago, I think they even showed it in tv for us here 😄

I think there will be a difference in the actual placings, but I love your opinion in singing the songs! I am from Canada and of Latvian decent. My top 3 are Sweden (Lorena is Queen even though she is not my absolute favourite) 2. Finland (my true #1) and 3. Israel (because I want to see her dance!) and bonus 4. Austria & I hope they get #3. (I think Blanca Paloma could do it though 💃...or maybe if I practice for a couple months more 😄) But I sing each take around 4-5 times separately, same with harmonies, 4-5 times separately.

Replying back as I drink my morning tea, your comments are so heart-warming! 🥺 And always love answering any questions you got! - I always have my personal notes from each song so with Belgium I can say what I've written down here (maybe you get more sense then why I personally rated it low ☺️): I feel like I've heard the lyrics before and story is told very much straightforward way (no artistic 'around the corner' storytelling which I personally look for, people comparing their feelings with things etc.). Also not a fan of this style of music. Very catchy though, backing vocalists reallly add a lot to this song. - I always look up translations for the songs that I don't understand, because I usually consider lyrics to be the most important part. I am usually a very lyric based listener, because I also focus on lyrics the most when I am writing my own music. ☺️ Of course there are some exceptions, where I think that lyrics are quite generic but the way someone can deliver it is just out of this world. Or sometimes there's something reallly cool they've done in the production where I'm like 'woooow that's new/unique/outstanding'. - I didn't know it plays ads halfway throughout the video aghhhh, I wonder if there's a way I can turn it off, I'm not monetised so I don't know if I am able to. Will have to look into it. And greetings to Peru! Will need to visit one day, I've always wanted to! Yeah with the Greek song - in most cases I am very much a lyric based listener and if a song is meant to have lyrics in it, I probably pay the most attention to it. So yes, I teared up a little with your country's song because the lyrics are so freakin beautiful and so well thought through. Can't believe he wrote that at 14, very much wondering what he will write in 10 years or more! 🥺
@@haleesa1401 Yes, indeed, he's made a great job as for the lyrics, and, to be absolutely honest, his song is a grower for me as well. However, Ι still can't relate to it entirely. What I really hope is that he will enjoy his whole experience there, it's pretty unthinkable to perform in front of such a large audience and thinking of Blanche, and her terror back in 2017, I wouldn't want anyone else to feel like that again. It's a celebration, it's an honour, it's a lifetime experience that very few have the opportunity to live.

Greetings from Finland. It was fascinating to see and hear you sing in so many languages. Finnish is not the most easiest language for a foreigner, but you got pretty much all the alphabets right, and already that is a 12 points from Finland. To you.
I have been struggling with my top. Obviously I can not say a thing about Finnish participant, but I have some songs I like and would like to see succeeding in ESC. However, Czechia, even if it is one my favourites, the live performances have not convinced me. So, therefore:

@@haleesa1401 Oh, you are Estonian. That explains the Finnish part, but you are absolutely brilliant in all the other languages as well. Finnish is usually the toughest because the "ä" and "y", "r" and "j" sounds are very different in Finnish and Estonian compared to any of the other ESC languages.
You must have had to use quite a lot of time to get the spelling sound right.

For some people it can pretty easy to make distinctions between different kinds of sounds, whether languages or some other sounds. I think I can hear quite well the differences, but the outcome can be something from disastrous to foul. Well, okay too. At least I should read the actual lyrics, and try to make notes, how the spelling goes...
You know Finnish Saara Forsberg, Smoukahontas, "the language girl". She became known at least in Finland for mimicking different languages. The spelling, but the phrases she was saying would be complete nonsense.
@@tommilaitinen5555 I think it comes rather easily for me to catch the right kind of sounds and pronunciations when I can hear it and read it at the same time, for lots of Finns and Estonians I suppose, because we have very similar sounds just represented by different letters (like finnish 'y' is literally 'ü' for us or danish 'Ø' is 'Ö' for us) But some kind of 'accent' always stays of course which is normal.
Yeah I remember when Saara blew up with her video years ago, I think they even showed it in tv for us here 😄

I actually pre-record the songs separately, I am not that skilled to sing all 37 songs in one row. (I think Blanca Paloma could do it though 💃...or maybe if I practice for a couple months more 😄) But I sing each take around 4-5 times separately, same with harmonies, 4-5 times separately.

- I always have my personal notes from each song so with Belgium I can say what I've written down here (maybe you get more sense then why I personally rated it low ☺️): I feel like I've heard the lyrics before and story is told very much straightforward way (no artistic 'around the corner' storytelling which I personally look for, people comparing their feelings with things etc.). Also not a fan of this style of music. Very catchy though, backing vocalists reallly add a lot to this song.
- I always look up translations for the songs that I don't understand, because I usually consider lyrics to be the most important part. I am usually a very lyric based listener, because I also focus on lyrics the most when I am writing my own music. ☺️ Of course there are some exceptions, where I think that lyrics are quite generic but the way someone can deliver it is just out of this world. Or sometimes there's something reallly cool they've done in the production where I'm like 'woooow that's new/unique/outstanding'.
- I didn't know it plays ads halfway throughout the video aghhhh, I wonder if there's a way I can turn it off, I'm not monetised so I don't know if I am able to. Will have to look into it.
