I m from NIT Raipur and working in coal India LTD. He would have a better career growth in CIL being a mining graduate than State PSC.

But all I can say Is , ministry mein tumhari aukat ek clerk jaisi hi hai.. ho Sakta hai family and society me thodi bohot izzat mil jaye. Lekin you are a subordinate group b employee in office and treated like one there. State Psc or upsc ke liye prepare kar sakte ho toh kar lena
