8:10 - not at all. It is just a part of her humor....you obviously don't understand such humor. It is crazy you are calling her out for success. Who cares where success like this comes from given that success at the end of the day is ...well success... Just because she figured out a faster way to do something does not make her the possible bad person you are trying to make her out to be. Very weasel way of getting attention. This is all staged, awkward, and just the way she wanted it to be. She will have a very successful career being awkwardly blunt while confusing people who are not that smart.
My first impression gave me vibes of Aubrey Plaza. An attractive normie, doing deadpan comedy. I understand the marketability within social media based content, but I couldn’t understand how she blew up so quickly, out of nowhere. This video explained it all so well.
I remember people in the comments REALLY trying to convince others that she was putting out a quality product, was SUPER talented and was the best thing ever. I KNEW this would happen but not this quickly. I don't understand how I'm the only one that was able to predict that she wouldn't be around long 🤷🏽
I was wondering about this girl. She got a lot of huge names right off rip for not being a well know persona. Originally I thought it was because she came from money and her family was connected. I can’t wait to watch this.
Industry plants are ppl selected by the industry through managers and CEO’s for who they want to be the next big thing. They could be already tied in without you knowing. It usually get revealed that they’ve had ties to the industry from birth or had a connection into it. Some are selected based on looks and marketability. Almost like a Disney star. Then they get insane promo that independent artist don’t receive (insane production in studio and for videos , designer wardrobes , etc) Don’t be surprised if a plant thst has “fallen off” is apart of hits being made currently. They seem to usual miss the real Raw aspect but they’re always musically sound.
Let it be known Jack Harlow is not an industry plant. Years of dedication and he made it. Go back and watch. Man has been trying to make it since he was in high school even before that.
It makes perfect sense to me that these celebrities want to insert themselves into whatever is currently viral. Just more people seeing their face. She was just the viral hit at the time. Its happening more if you watch the current state of advertising and media you'll see lots of people doing interviews, podcasts, and collabs that they would never have done a few years ago. Social media famous is outweighing old school media famous even for the top celebs and they're just trying to stay relevant.

Her husband: you can smash Drake: say no more Drake then release an album called “Say No More”
Her episodes were based on begging famous people for money and being awkward adding nothing to the podcast industry but because it's a social media platform you could get famous for nothing.

Honestly, I respect Drake for being so critical with these podcasts and interviews. He’s so famous and has been building his brand for 15 years and doesn’t want some TH-camr or podcaster jeopardizing that.
Bobbi literally cheated on her husband with Drake. Allegedly he boned her right after the interview. Drake is a home wrecker.
Idc about the guy but I agree unlike most rappers he's curated an image for himself so respect to him in that regard.
I knew it. I commented on this interview about how creepy Drake was being.

Showing Jack Harlow when talking about industry plants is wild, been documented rapping since he was like 11 years old and publicly signed to Drama in like 2016 lmao
I agree. He released like 3 albums that did subpar when he signed to drama before he had a break. He actually put in the work.
I agree but its the fact the "machine" go behind him so strong all of a sudden to push him into the new Mac Miller role.

Have you seen her episode with Funny Marco. I can see how someone can enjoy it because it’s pretty funny. Drake saw the episode, thought it was enjoyable, and followed her. Ice Spice & Bobbi Althoff are both INVESTMENTS by Drake. He uses his status to make them rise in popularity but first he secures a deal. He did the SAME EXACT THING with Ice Spice. The whole follow then unfollow shenanigans. And it worked with Ice so they did the same thing with Bobbi
That explains why Nicki collaborated with Ice… makes perfect sense now.
Honestly I feel old like who TF is Ice Spice? Looked her up and her flow and style is mid at best, wild how she’s the “it girl” now 💀💀💀
Not wild at all. More sad than wild. She gets on stage and shakes her Malaga’s for all of the thirstbots. Sex has always and will always sell.

The number one rule about having connections, never let people know you have connections. I dont really like industry plants but hey life is short and hard get in where you can fit it. I dont see how people dont realize she is playing a character.
I was looking for this comment. She is so blatantly Just playing a character. Ofc that’s not how she actually is, that’s apart of her lil act how do ppl not realize this 😂
@@AFFTFOMSICHTSI know she's playing a character and I don't like it
So a white woman who is obsessed with BBC and doesn’t know shit about the rap industry. Such an innovative character, totally not a common thing at all.
All life is is playing a character, and lies.

As someone who doesn't enjoy todays rap music and doesnt keep up with it, i appreciate you keeping me in the loop. Some of these stories are crazy 😂
Then they get insane promo that independent artist don’t receive (insane production in studio and for videos , designer wardrobes , etc)
Don’t be surprised if a plant thst has “fallen off” is apart of hits being made currently. They seem to usual miss the real Raw aspect but they’re always musically sound.
Where did you learn this
Really enjoyed the video & your commentary! 🤗
If you have Drake as your second podcast guest, you are an industry plant. No further explanation needed.

You’re absolutely right I mean even Booker T has a TH-cam plaque!
One added element as well is that sex always sells no matter the generation.
