I definitely needed to hear this . I would have loved to have heard this back when I was growing up. I love it !! I'm gonna to save this . Even this morning I was getting ready for church and I beating myself up because my hair wasn't doing what I wanted it to do . I have enough hair for about 10 people and it's got a mind of it's own . It takes for ever to fix it . I don't have a lot of money, so I don't have nice clothes like other women in church . I've always had trouble with finding clothes to fit me right . I'm so tall .... I'm 5.10 inches tall so it's hard to find dress pants to fit me or long leave shirts to fit right . But those have always been my insecurities. My husband isn't patient though. He wants to leave an hour earlier just so he can ride around before we even get to church, so he's rushing me to hurry . There has been times I just give up and stay home . Then my feelings are hurt . I've even started getting ready even earlier and he'll still play that game . Well... I'm leaving at such snd such time . Are you going to be ready ? I tell him I'm doing the best that I can , but this morning I thought to myself..... what if I just go to church and don't even worry about what my hair looks like ? What if I stopped worrying about what I wore to church ? As long as God loves me who cares anymore . Go and learn God's word and worship on Sunday like God wants me to do and quit worrying about what I look like . I'm going to pray about this and I'm going to keep trying to do the best I can . At least I know my father in heaven loves me .

Acceptance is the key. Trust, love and understand your feelings your own soul. Love and be proud of who you are! Your own self is the most important things for you and the rest will follow 💗

I find security in God and my husband. I have fought insecurity terribly. Finally after prayer God has helped me through. It came from terribly abuse of a past. I had to finally overcome that and lay that past at the cross. Open your heart to recieve good new blessings. We can't be scared. I was and thought all was bad. It's not always. Trust God's promises.

Thank you so much for this message! I suffer from low insecurity as well that aided in this ugly divorce i am now experiencing. Karen, your testimony helped me realize how I can overcome this. I can now see the light of why my soon to be ex is being so blessed now. Since he had disrespected our marriage and admitted he loves others and not me, I always wonder why is he still so continuously blessed. The enemy made me feel that I obviously brought him down. But now I know it is Satan's way of dealing with my weakness. Please pray that I am no longer insecure.

I love your helpful, edifying teaching! I noticed your introduction shows a very young couple interacting. They have small children and look to be in their 20's. May I suggest you throw in vignettes of middle aged and older couples. We of all ages are on the journey of improving our marriages.

Oh my heavenly father I can be healed
The scripture that God led her to was Psalm 6:6. This was the first scripture God used to speak to me also. I had no idea that the Bible could speak so deeply to your heart, but when I read it, I too felt like God saw me and understood me and how I had felt. I used to think, and believe, "I'm so hard to love". I didn't share this belief with people, but I had told myself this often and believed it. One day, this woman I'd been ministering to at work randomly hugged me out of nowhere and said, "Oh Leah, you're so easy to love!". When she said this, I felt and knew God was speaking through her to me. He was telling me that what I was believing about myself wasn't true, and that in fact, I was easy to love and He loved me enough to tell me so. I don't tell myself that anymore. God shows me He loves me in so many ways, I'm really blessed and I tell Him I love Him all the time. All glory to God 🙌🙏💖🕊️

I am insecure because of how many people and how many Times people have hurt me. But I always try to hide it the best way that I know how I always try to keep my gard up so it does not keep on happening .
Guard your heart with all vigilance because out of it come all the issues of life.
Jesus will never let you down or hurt you, trust Him. Only thing that matters is what He thinks about you! He loves you!!

The world finds their security in money , popularity, appearance , followers. The church find their security in these things as well.
This why God’s spirit is absent. Church folks believe everything accept the word of God
