Good buy on the cards. A lot aren't worth much and will sell slowly but the Garbage Pail cards will rocket on out. Good luck with the sale.

Those decoder rings are worth quite a bit. I wonder what he was charging on those. Also, Benny is quite the character, always gives me a laugh.
Holy cow that was a scary clown face! I have been trying my hand at putting brooches up on eBay. My husband went took me to a couple yard sales Sunday, not too much fun in a wheelchair but that that will change soon. So I picked up 12 brooches. I will see how I do on eBay. Wood carves are gorgeous. Folklore are is just so important to preserve. Th ET cards were cool, omg garage pail kisses! Memories . Once again Dave thank you for sharing

The toy haul was pretty amazing. I even saw that they had Dune in the cards and he Buck Rogers. My mom would have liked that!

Your friend Benny is quite the character. He looks like he was born in the wrong era. I am not surprised that he is an artist....the skateboards he made were very nice. I like interesting people.

Nice score on the Garbage Pail kids! Keep and eye out for MOMA brooches. Enamel brooches from the Metropolitan Museum of Modern art might sell. I know they are selling new for 75$ .

That's a lot of cards. Some will sell quick and a few others will take eons. Did not realize the current prices. $5 is what I used to pay 10/15 years ago.

I collected the garage pail kids cards. An after my grandpa passed an my GMA an I moved my mom came an thru all of them away an a bunch of my other stuff. I have been trying to find some cards for a while. I had alot come up gone. The cards are what my grandpa had bought me.
So jelious on the gremlins cards I'm really into collecting anything vintage gremlins

I think the chrome nude is Farberware cubist bashful used on various serving items, that might be from an ashtray. I don’t think it’s a hood ornament

BBD, you have said in past they you wanted to do toy shows. The non-sport cards should do well at a toy show that includes TV and movie memorabilia. I am assuming that you would also be picking old toys ( diecast , tin, plastic etc) to bring to such a show. Maybe even a few brooches.... no just kidding.

That Art Deco hood ornament-would that be for a funeral do you think? On a car or hearse? Maybe Military for flags?

Why do all the horses have holes in their sides?
..so they sit flat against the wall when they are mounted..
