A dear friend gave me a copy of his book and I find myself reading it over and over, Sometimes the entire thing, other times a page or three. I have lost count of the number of the book I have purchased and gifted since. I found 2020 to be a year it was greatly needed by so many. What a lovely man. His analogy of himself at the end about the river was just as one would assume of him. We are all in this together, or should be for sure.

What does she trigger in you, that signals work in you to be done?
Almost anyone who bothers us, is a signaling system for us to be more conscious, less castigating of others (and ourselves) and an opportunity to be more curious and compassionate.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court denies another bid by Trump allies to halt election certification.
You do you you....love that for every time I have had to try to explain to a normal person what I do for a job and then explain to them that what I do is actually a real job that I actually do everyday. I think in all these little characters as I create them. I sculpt every day and make tiny dogs and cartoon people and quite often it isn't the most lucrative occupation or even something that most folks would find interesting but I love being me and what I do. Something inside of me keeps telling me that I am doing what God gifted me to do. You have truly lifted the spirits of this gal who sits around and sculpts tiny cartoon characters every day surrounded by little piles of art work and supplies. We operate off the same filing system...stuff just everywhere. When you said " I love that seagull "( every person like me who is hopelessly ADHD loves you for that). I thank you immensely for being you because you made me feel better about being me. I am giving you my highest compliment t can bestow on anyone. I am making you, your mum, Barney and Dill(R.I.P..) as tiny cartoon characters in polymer clay. You can have your sculptures when I am done if you want them( if you don't then I keep them on my desk to make me happy) and I will ship them to the deli for you to pick up so you don't have to be all weirded out and think I am trying to stalk you. No worries there because I am in Texas and too poor to ever go to Europe. I am just oddly fascinated with you because you seem a lot like me in mannerisms but just a male. I think you may be my long lost twin ...although we are slightly different ages, have different parents and were not born in any close proximity. I thank you immensely for being so quirky because you made me feel so much better about not really being like other folks. Barney is super cute too. You have a cool life because you get to hang out with your dog and draw every day. So proud of you and how much you have helped everyone, including me. May God bless you and keep you. I am be so fascinated by you because you remind me of me, so really hope that doesn't make me narcissistic. With sincerest thanks because you lifted me up when I was feeling a little too much unlike anyone else and made me feel proud to be exactly like I am. Yay Charlie. Thanks a bunch. I realize that is really long...sorry for that

Anybody else notice a kind of Winnie The Pooh atmosphere with this story telling? The 1960's version. Hopefully Woke Disney doesn't make Pooh gay nowadays. Everything else seems to be going in that direction with Disney. Anyways the dialogue and the story telling KIN OF has that Pooh atmosphere.

I first listened to the audio book on BBC sounds in the middle of the night when feeling low and it really blessed me. Had forgotten about it until seeing the film adaptation and then watching Charlie's videos on TH-cam. I have been a 'struggling Christian' for 42 years and cannot begin to explain how powerfully healing I find the illustrations, music and observations on the meaning of life. A huge thank you to Jesus for revealing this to Charlie and for equipping him in this greatly needed message. 😍💕
