She was my first Pilgrim (which is so funny because she's the first one you meet in the story campaign), so she carried me through most of the earlier chapters with that one-shot burst. I still use her whenever I need that one good crit on bosses.

Snow has been the top tier Raid boss characters for a long time since it was a thing. Her team is usually top spot in competition with Alice. Now we have Red Hood who is basically better SW as she deal more damage and has similar pierce AOE. Novel burst 2 is no problem for 0 charge speed SW. It is because she is a b2 not b1 and her burst has a delay before it activates. SW will charge up to full before Novel b2 expire
as low CP user who still stuck at close to 160 wall, it really helps dunking on the bosses really want to use the battle sets case but still felt not enough outpost level yet
I was missing most Pilgrims as I started late, back on Rosanna's event(I actually had played a day or two on release but honestly the game used to run like ass for me so I ditched it until the PC launcher released). I just got mine from RH banner so I'm hope I can build her within the next 3-4 months to one shot the paintrain
RH herself has made paintrain a joke, with just 6/6/6 skills and no OL gear her burst obliterates most of the turrets, and the ones that remain are on low health and easily cleaned up before they fire a single shot

i guess smol white bcs you can get her to lb3 just with event modernia for burst 3 with smol white burst 1 : well i have litter when i started it so the mini replacement is n20 ( burst 2 : idk man just use whatever you got but dont go build them until you got better nikke for more info on tierlist i use prydwen and just level 5 nikke mostly purple nikke when they have lb2 to be put on synchro and do this when synchro already unlocked at outpost ( for that info just check other ytbe ) dont worry you can reset level of nikke with 10 gems dont worry about clearing the event when i started i can clear to hardmode stage 3 event after playing 2 and half week so ganbate the clearing of regular stage on this event around 14K CP for hard we will have to see next week i will updated it if i remember

Not sure about D though she’s great on battles where you can instant burst and win e.g. SI Modernia’s core but in prolonged fights like SR and UR she doesn’t offer much, you’re better off running some other support as your flex. If you have SW OL with charge speed lines, instead of Admi, Novel or any combination of Poli/Folk/XAnne can increase SW’s nova damage more substantially, or use Dolla/Shelm for CDR (assuming the three CDR B1s are elsewhere)
There is no doubt Snow White is very good unit, but in my opinion she will be good only if you are really sweating in this game. I have Maxed /10x3 Snow White and after using her for months I can tell you I don't like using her. Too much jumping around just to get same results as other Nikkes ,but who achieve them a lot easier. Can't wait to reset her skills today.

If you're a meta player you'll want Atk, Element and Crit as the top overload picks a lot of top players try to go for with Snow White.

If you cant get charge speed , you can hold snow whites burst until you get another 2nd Full Burst.

It means that it will be 1000% OF her other damage. So yeah, you should level it up since well, 1000% of 500% damage is PRETTY NUTS.

Yeah, red hood’s B1 is pretty insane, though it’s 40s cooldown, so you would still need another type 1 to burst every rotation
