    great opening song to a great album. i hardly listen to entire albums anymore. i had this album on cassette and It was difficult to skip ahead.

    That whole album is fantastic,I had the red transparent cassette lol. So many great songs,hell of a debut to come out of the gates with.

    Personally I think they should have scrapped Don't Forget Me and release this song instead. I loved Don't forget me as a kid, but I can't bear to listen to it now. Thin Red Line still gives me chills.

      Entire album is solid. I was shocked by how good it was. Heard it for the first time in 2011 probably.

    I love the song, and love the video. Best track on the album! Sam talking about the part in the video where the heather is gathered fromt he dead soldiers and the children release their souls actually made me tear up.
