Beautiful film. For a 7 min video though, I think 7 teaser/trailer/promo videos over the past month was a bit excessive. I was expecting a much longer documentary.

After 2:08 anybody has a clue what natural processes in nature will end up creating such huge smooth flat and wall like surfaces on a mountain ?

(www.booking.com/hotel/jo/salem-desert-camp.html?lang=ar)salem Desert camp is located between the red sand dunes of Wadi Rum. Private accommodation offers traditional Bedouin tents, beach tents to explore the stars and an excellent location to explore the Jordanian desert.
The organizers of salem Desert camp organize jeep trips and beauty exploring the Seven Pillars of Wisdom. It offers a special tour that follows the course of Lawrence of Arabia and nomadic inscriptions
In the evening, guests can sit around the campfire and sample authentic nomadic Bedouin food and traditional Bedouin mansaf.
Aqaba and King Hussein International Airport are about 80 km from salem Desert Camp
Couples in particular like the location - they rated it 9.9 for a two-person trip.
This property is also rated for the best value in Wadi Rum! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city.

At 2:54 does that rock formation look like a human face looking to the right?

What's the ethics around climbing? Drilling into ancient rock faces and leaving permanently anchored equipment seem to me is not ethical at all.
I've visited Wadi Rum and it is a very special place

Amazing, and makes rocks like Ayres Rock look a bit over rated...If Wadi Rm was in Australia the aboriginals would call it a "sacred" site and stop you from climbing it.
