Abhishruti's "Roi Roi Roti - The Spirit of Bihu" - a folk fusion bihu song conceptualized using typical local live ambient sounds and ethnic instruments which are heard and associated with the spring season, a very important season for us , Assamese , it being the New year - Rongali Bihu. Making live sounds the bed of the song, we have fused ethnic instruments with electronic elements to give it a new soundscape.
Rongali Bihu- the new year- is all about celebrating, bonding, dancing and merry making.
Through Roi Roi Roti, we tried to encapsulate the Spirit of Bihu for you.
