This world is sick. A 15 year being a child. Punks anger me. Let's stop making excuses. If you know something call the police. My prayers are with the family.

In certain communities, no one calls the cops with info unless there's a big cash reward. They couldn't care less. This kind of thing happens constantly, in certain communities.

There was a documentary a few years ago about gang violence in Dorchester.
The problem is they don't want to prosecute violent crimes. They would rather use youth outreach to try and make a difference in these kids lives to turn them around.
Funny thing is, the documentary starts off and points out that there was a massive crackdown back in like 80s or something, that resulted in a 100% drop in gun violence for like 6-12 months.

    Absolutely tragic.
But at the same there are a handful of cities in the state with high crime rates. Dorchester being one of them.
Maybe there needs to be another crackdown and sweeping arrests to get these gang members off the street. Boston PD and youth outreach programs probably have some idea who these people are.
You can't sit there and complain about violent crime and gun crime, while simultaneously arguing mass arrests and length incarceration hurts black communities.
You can't have it both ways, by giving criminals a slap on the wrist with short or no jail time.
You're never going to legislate and get guns off the streets. So the only other alternative is lengthy punishments to deter crime.

Doing exactly what the sistaz keep protesting for and asking them to do: they reduced every single form of punishmentm, pursuit, and arrest of the men sistaz lust after. So much death... all so sistaz can enjoy partying with the murderers.

I'm sure there is more to this story and highly doubt this was some random act.
