    The irony is that Slash prefers recording to tape and that studio was where GNR recorded Appetite for Destruction on tape. Many people prefer the sound to digital because of the compression on digital recording. It sounds flat compared to analog.

    Metallica was a bass forward band until Cliff Burton died. He practically scored their first 3 albums because he understood music theory. What a great musician!

    4 min of bullshit to begin this segment bugged me. The rest was fairly “really fuckin’ good” 😌. I own the book and read it twice, and wanted to hear other opinions. Enjoyed it fellas. From a 60 year old crusty man from suburban Boston

    funny you both dont know more about the song "rust in peace" which Mustaine explain in his first book in details what happened with the "Child Saint" band... anyway they just not "steal" only the drumintro, but almost the entire song struncture... th-cam.com/video/qpNjELfvQJM/w-d-xo.html
