  • The Green Gully Track is a 65km, 5 day hike through the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park in NSW, Australia.
The track is the only multi-day, hike in National Parks with hut-style accommodation and traverses Declared Wilderness Area.

Thanks for this video, I've booked this hike for may 2021 and was nervous about a) snakes and b) river crossings but you've put both those fears to rest. I'm now looking forward to enjoying this hike with my friends.

Fantastic loop! Also just read that it's $300 for 2 and $150 each additional person. No wonder the huts looked pretty 'luxurious' and must be the only ticketed track here in NSW. Giving Tassie's OLT a run for its money.

This is great thanks very much! What month of the year did you do this?

I did it last week of October. Pretty steamy coming up the big hill on the last day. I reckon with the right gear and clothes, it would be a good winter trip.

Well done Caro, you put that together brilliantly, it really gave a good sense of what the experience is like. I walked Green Gully last month (late January- was pretty hot!) with my son for his 21st birthday present. Took us a while to get it together as he turned 22yo the next week. It was a great walk, yes Day 3 was our favourite as well, but I also enjoyed Day 2 a lot. Keep up sharing your adventures and inspiring others, I love what you do :-) Jules (aka Goatlady Goeshiking)

This looks incredible! Just wondering if you think it is safe for single (female) travellers and if you would need a guide for the off-trail parts? Thank you in advance! :)

It's not possible to book the track solo (regardless of gender), bookings need to be 2-6 people. Check out the NPWS page for details!

looks like a great walk, was it snakey after day 1? Interesting to see the native bees hives too.

Nope, not snakey, although some of us wore gaiters. The hives were amazing.
