The desire to escape one hierarchy can only be inspired by another hierarchy. I.e. the love of freedom is always inspired by something or someone. So fundamentally breaking from the chains of the past is also an act of submission. I am very amused by the fact that the Christian civilization has named the age when this desire was the most prominent "the Age of Enlightenment". After all, Christians know well enough who is the angel that brings light. ;)
Gotta work with what you have, unless one wants to become hitleresque :P I have a similar take on philosophy, thinking of it as things other people think, based on their experiences during the times they lived. As far as politics, Trump worked out better than anyone expected, and it exposed what people needed to learn to take some control back into their lives, and it is just old fashioned Republic systems. Many of the problems still are that much of what was understood a long time ago about society have been replaced with theories that validate what has been broken. Most of the damage has been from attempts to control beyond human capability, and a society wide enforced delusion that it can be controlled. Most of what is bothering us, that is real, is the consequences, karma, of trying to control others. At the same time, if we try to stop, we start to notice we care being controlled, and there are consequences if we do not obey. We end up having to lie so that those who control can feel in control. sometimes I wish I stayed in computer science :P lol
@@EugenethePhilostopher Trump had been the only one following the actual Republic form of the consitutional government we are supposed to have over here, and everyone got a taste. But yeah, I just think of them all as liberals, ones that want to pretend to be "conservative" with a facade of lies, and the ones who want to be able to be honest while accepting their "natural" corruption. It's kinda sad, like kids who got older, but never learned to be adults, just how to act like what one should be. But at least with honesty, people are allowed to address consequences, and try to steer society around something that resembles peace, and self control. The hardest part about breaking out of old patterns is the false comfort in their predicatbility, and illusion of control they can give. Love your work and your thinking, been a bit of a fan since I heard you on thunderbolts 😄✌️

"Republicans' agenda is the Democrats' agenda from 30 years ago". And always will be (unless the parties switch roles).
