  • Llafranc is a small town located on the Costa Brava, Catalonia. It is a very popular place among tourists looking for a calm and relaxed atmosphere near the sea.
Llafranc beach is the town's landmark, with an expanse of white sand and crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming and practicing water sports such as kayaking or snorkelling. Next to the beach there is a small promenade where you can find several restaurants, bars and shops.
The town center of Llafranc is small and welcoming, with white fishermen's houses and narrow, cobbled streets that invite you to stroll. The Sant Sebastià lighthouse is another tourist attraction in the area, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the coast and the surrounding area.
Llafranc is also a good starting point for exploring other towns on the Costa Brava such as Calella de Palafrugell, Tamariu or Begur, and for hiking in the Sierra de Rodes or the Gavarres massif.
The Camí de Ronda that connects Llafranc with Calella de Palafrugell is a coastal route that offers spectacular views of the Costa Brava and allows you to discover different coves and beaches in the area.
The route starts at Llafranc beach and follows the coast until you reach El Golfet beach, a small cove located between cliffs that offers crystal clear waters and a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
After passing through El Golfet, the route continues along a series of cliffs and coves until reaching Calella de Palafrugell. On the way you can see some of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava, such as Cala Els Canyers, Cala d'en Timó and Cala dels Corbs.
As it gets closer to Calella de Palafrugell, the route passes the Torre de Sant Sebastià, a defense tower that dates back to the 16th century and is currently used as an interpretation center for the Camí de Ronda and the Coast Brava
Finally, the route ends at the beach of Port Bo de Calella de Palafrugell, a small beach that still preserves the marine atmosphere that characterized the fishing village it used to be. In Calella de Palafrugell you can also find numerous restaurants and bars where you can enjoy local cuisine and sea views.
It is an essential coastal route for those who want to enjoy the nature and landscapes of the Costa Brava, and for those who want to discover the most beautiful coves and beaches in the area.
