For anyone having a problem doing the delay timing for the f.B xx[delay] try doing a qcf input for the f.B. And then qcf A. Adding the extra motions to the f.B helped me with the delay timing MUCH better as long as I didn't rush it (like I was trying to do a super.) and it just seems to come out much more consistently.
Matthew Burke unfortunately no, you just gotta practice as much as you can. the best advice I can give you is that qcb p has a bit of time before it actually hits the opponent, so try to do the super motion during then.
