I know this will sound ridiculous. We don't know eachother. Take a bath. Light a candle put on some TH-cam meditations. 528hrtz 432hertz. Drink lots of water. And make sure you eat but eat healthy. I use to have severe panic attacks. Infront of people. And scream and cry. But I started meditation it helped alot. Drink lots of water couple liters. Day. And I promise it will get better.
