I bought mine from Amazon but they show that they are "Currently unavailable" and do not know when they will get them in. It is disappointing as I really like mine! I don't know why.

I am NOT affiliated with this seller, but I thought you might want to know where you can get one. It is $129 from this seller.

I had 38 in there. It holds 30 but I added a few extra and they just rolled around on top until I candled them on day 10. I always toss a few extra on top because I expect some to not be fertile and then I would still have 30 ....but for this batch only 5 were not fertile!!! My goodness! Those roosters were taking care of business!
I ended up with 27 hatching fully and all of those thrived.
I think had 3 that did not progress to make it to lock down and I pulled them out at day 18. (They were not the ones on top though)
2 did not pip at all but were fully developed but did not hatch. I could hear them but they never hatched and eventually perished. I am under the impression that those shells were so thick that it may have had a part in it.
On other batches I have had some chicks that pipped but struggled for a very long time. The shells on those were so thick that I helped them unzip some and then they popped out shortly after. They were big eggs I had collected. It happens sometimes but this batch had an 84% success rate. I think that is how this batch went.
