Can't believe i missed this drama for how many years, i'm just watching it now. This drama is Epic! I think it's slightly better than Doctor X in terms of drama. And when I first heard the soundtracks I knew it already that it's Sawano! Too much epic!
So... these doctors... do they strike poses and yell "Henshin!" whenever there's a particularly tough operation? Do they strike a pose and scream until they become Super Surgeon 2? Because that's what the soundtrack is saying to me.
The main cast , Dr asada actor can't acting anymore because he suffers slip disc on his back. He even said season 4 is his last acting because he pushed himself to act although his doctor forbid it. He still feels pain throughout season 4 though

What funny thing with this drama is 1) V shape walking 2) face close up 3) slow-mo This 3 thing is Japanese drama staple from 90's and this is then only drama from mid 2000's to early 2010 that using this style
