No doubt about that. This show had a lot of excitement and camaraderie when Bob Barker hosted it over the years. Could the same be said about the show with Drew Carey as host? No way!!!
Without question, or at least in my opinion, Three Strikes is the most suspenseful car game if not overall pricing game on this show. That loss hurts. If that was me, I probably would’ve had a breakdown.
At 35:50, a 1996 Compaq personal computer with 8-mega-bytes of memory! That's about enough to store a few pictures, and ridiculously small by the standards of 2022, when personal computers have tera-bytes of memory; that's roughly a million times more memory in personal computers in 2022.
Love Bob Barker! He had such charm and grace and loved to keep the crowd wild with anticipation and teasing contestants… Drew Carey is a very nice empathetic guy, but he doesn’t have the charm of Barker.

Over 21 years later, and that 3 Strikes playing still had me on the edge of my seat!
I greatly enjoyed watching this episode.
This was the best era of TPIR, IMO.
