I just bought a piece of commercial land right by 86 there and also bought a piece of residential land this week. I will continue to purchase more lots at least 5 or 6 more. I believe that this place will turn around and the housing market will sky rocket in the next 10 to 15 years. It will be fixed

Fracking is safe and legal. It's been done there for a number of decades already. That is how the geothermal return lines are kept clean. The lithium extraction cleans the returning brine first and actually reduces the frequency of fracturing open the clogged veins.
