    Even if it isn't this could totally be a worship song

    What's with the one girl literally turned away from the stage looking at her phone? I don't think anyone in the audience behind their phone realizes that the phone can't replay the experience for them 😔

      Mikro. You’re either young or someone who’s never been in love.

    • @mikrokozm9
      @mikrokozm9 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@donnaabrams2570 52. Been in love. Broke & wrecked my heart to pieces. Gave up that kinda love for marriage. Was married for 4 years, then divorced. Been with the mother of my children for 28 years, but it wasn't always good. In fact, it's been mostly terrible for the last 17 years.
      I am a lifelong songwriter & quite prolific with 2000+ songs written, rehearsed & performed. My heartbreak is only a component for some of these, but passionate, even cynical at times, political, social, humourous, and pointed. And humble. Heartfelt. I let God & the Holy Spirit speak for me.
      The lyric in question is of a young person's experience with "love" and obviously not seasoned. The definition of the word originally was "charity", long before Hallmark got a hold of it & turned it into a feeling & not the action word it actually is. Raising two kids on love/charity alone, and with very little help, if any at all, informs my understanding of love.
      But, yes, I get my heart broken every single day, all day long. It's life lived to the fullest without fear of being hurt that does it. I GET the lyric. But it's oppressively driving home a point that few with lifelong wisdom find deep. It may be soothing for the young listener who needs a quick fix bandaid. I don't expect pop artists to force their clientele to think or feel too deeply. This would prove counter-productive to their record company & producer's goals. I expect you to buy it. It's a good product. But art & depth are in other "genres", for lack of better term. Perhaps the term is "demographic".
