    These are absolutely absurd figures..Bare minimum 1.8 Cr for Furnishings, 1 Cr for Equipments & 15-20 L pm operational costs - Crazy - Over & Above that she has not even mentioned about the lease..She just does'nt have an idea..

    wrong calculations. She is saying 15-20 lacs monthly running cost & revenue is 7000 per seat x 100 Seats = 7 lacs Rupees per month. That's a net loss of 8 to 13 lacs per month.

    Useless and baseless plan, how can u provide yoga clas in ur co working space do u have any idea how much storage changing room space shower etc etc. And plus the amount of investment she talking its not at all recommended, and its non growing business if u have 30 table space then u ll have 30 × some amount fixed no growth... iisee aacha mai vada pav ki gadi lagau😅
