Used to ride Two Sheiks and a Dog back in the late 90's on a Trek Antelope with 1" of polymer suspension and cantilever brakes. Much nicer now on full suspension, 29er with hydraulic disks and a dropper seat post!! Great fun!
I've got some old footage of 2 Sheiks when it had a step up/down and few jumps on it. Glad to see some new lines popping up on Forbidden these days too
Local here. Riding through that lovely but fragile moss and other vegetation when there are established (and nice/challenging) lines is not best practice. Please don't do it. Other than that, good on ya! We rode that area in the late 80's/early 90's, building trails down from branch 21 to connect with trails we built along the Puntledge River like Bear's Bait. Cheers, Q

The start of your ride is now the top of our climbing trail. I used to ride it down hill 20 plus years ago!

Thanks for posting this. Used to ride that back in 2003 and it’s surprisingly the same but much improved t the same time.
Glad you enjoyed! I love riding areas with lots of history so that’s great to hear. Found some pretty cool relics there from back in the day
