Quick update on the Gearelec GX10 - the sound from the speakers aren't loud enough. I have tested it doing 50/70mph speed and its not that loud

I'm from Slovakia, we bought 4 new pieces of Gearelec GX12, which is quite a high order, the manufacturer misleads about the range and the quality of the call, the real range in an open environment is barely up to 100 m, on one motorcycle, the rider and passenger cannot hear each other even at a speed of 40 km. the Gearelec service is unprofessional and does not know/does not want to express himself clearly about the mentioned matter, it is not a cheap device, I am even more angry, I absolutely do not recommend buying any device from this brand!
