This is exactly what youtube should be. Just good quality information. No freaking stock photos/videos, no LED back lit shit, no click bait, etc...

Are you familiar with Alex Leonidas(alpha destiny)? He has trained max effort on a weekly basis for years and years, natural, with a kinda west side conjugate background, what are your thoughts on that kind of training for strength and hyper trophy year round? I’m just curiouss, I’ve followed Alex for a very long time but he himself would want me to learn from others and not shy away because I’ve never heard something beforee. Also I enjoyed the video, simple and straight to the pointt
Edittt: I listened to the interview they already did together, I had totally forgotten about itt, would totes still love to see another one, see them compare notess

Maybe they could do another one.

Would love another interview with Alex Leonidas. Probably the single best natural conjugate lifter out there. The guy has taken the powerlifting version and made it applicable to bodybuilding, general strength, and overall average lifter training.

Max effort method used in conjugate on weekly basis with rpe 9 or above on exercises with large specificity on SBD

I like doing percentage based training all year, but I also go back 30% at the beginning of new programs like you talked about in an earlier video.

If you still wanted to use a percentage-based approach in your training, could you just base it off a 3rm or 2rm instead then? Would this be less demanding?
