angel beats is pretty overrated though. It has some rly good points to it like the singing and the character arcs, but its pretty generic at its core. If you took out 1 or two things the whole anime would be skippable. Like if I took out the main character background arc and the last bit of the final episode the whole thing would fall on: the music, and the leader singer's background arc, and these things would only sustain it through part of the series. Its worth watching though for those the main characters's background arc. I was bored the first 3 episodes of this series, I woulda normally given up on it after the 3 episode rule but I stuck with it cause it was given so much hype and fanfare.....and sure enough it did pay off in the end.
Damn, for a anime that's not primarily about music - they did a great job animating this scene, and adding a little reverb to the vocals made the beginning sound like a live concert. I will always remember this scene fondly.
Thanks for not putting subtitles on this even though l don't understand a word of Japanese l still love the beat of songs like this (love Angle Beats with a passion btw) and think badly placed subs ruin a video
i do believe that this is at the part where he first actually fights Angel and they try to defend the others so they can steal the meal tickets, at 1:15 u can see the screen moving in then for a frame goes 2 the info chick who is supposed 2 be telling yurippe that she can turn the fans on (or something like that) but quickly changes back and starts zooming out... so it might be just editing to make it all into one video/song
