Yes Susheel ji, there are some raag that are exception to this rule. Miya Malhar, Bahaar are also such exceptions. Both of these raag have komal and shuddh Nishaad
If possible and if you would be in a giving mood please also post a few tips on Raag Marwa if possible. Agar aap ki mauj ho, nahi to jo bhi aapne post kiya hai, uske liye bahut abhari hain. Shabdo se dhanyavad paryapt na hoga...thank you

Dr Saritha- could you clarify on the different gharanas of music-what are the differences and why the differences exist-how big are the differences. The new students tend to get confused because different gharanas do the auroh/avaroh/pakads and alaaps differently. Which gharana is the best.
