When the car was exiting the wash bay while the dryers were active, there was some leftover wax/soap residue on the way back passenger window that wasn't rinsed off thoroughly enough and the top brush material looked heavily worn. I'd say this IBA isn't in decent condition, but there's a lot worse out there.

If you press the pound key on the pay station, the follower won’t drop. I don’t know if this works on the C-Start though.

Like getting it to go back up? I just put my arms under the follower and made it think there was a car under it.
