I also think it’s interesting what you mentioned about how other artists could be “carried by these beats” because it seems almost the whole point of his sound is how his beats, which are produced by him, perfectly carry and hold the vocals, and how his vocals perfectly carry the beats. Like this sound couldn’t even be close to replicated by another artist who only did vocals and not production. The production is so perfectly and seamlessly designed with the vocals, in a way that only a producer-vocalist could achieve. His vocals are almost merely another instrument themself, layered so elegantly in the sound production of the instrumental. I really believe he is the definition of “generational talent.”

He produced and engineered everything on here bro, that’s the craziest part. Thats why everything meshes so so well and that’s also why some tracks like 3 have no vocals, so he can show of his production talents as well which make up a huge part of who he is as an artist
