Someone please help I can't do juggle right I pull up the tama then flip the ken and it does a double instead of one and when I pop up the tama again I always get steog tension with the Len and the tama someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Pratice your kenflip by just holdin your ken and fliping it.

Make sure u pull up the tama to the height of the sarado then kenflip then tap the tama thrn catch the ken and land it.(this should give u enough time to catch the ken and the tama with no string tenison.)

Try hitting the tama with your fingers instead of your palm, you have much more control
