How are you doing today? ( Sunday ) not sure if the video I saw with lucky and tiny was your latest video but glad to see you, well hear you, those dogs just seem very happy! Wish I could send ya some gas money to get to Erwin and give us a tour of " the valley beautiful" very nice little town. Unfortunately I'm on a fixed income also and even tho I don't drive or have a car, taxis and deliveries have become outrageous. I'm super late to watching this video and commenting on it, but great video! Finally catching up on the couple of videos of yours that I missed. On the 2:25 mark, I remember when I was little and used to live on the East Holston block, my Mom used to babysit and she'd take me and the kids she was watching on a walk through that sidewalk and back. I can't remember which house, but one of those houses used to have the whole yard full of statues, yard decorations, and stuff. I'd always have to stop and look, haha. And on the Wal Greens, I remember when there used to be an auto mechanic shop and one building beside of it that had a few things in it. A movie and video game rental place one time, Unaka Auto Sales, and I believe an insurance place at one point before they tore both buildings down to put up the Wal Greens. Though, I'm late to say this, I'm glad to hear your Mom got her car back! Keeping you, your family, and friends in my prayers, man! Great ride and video! I enjoy your content!
Good Evening 🙂 That part of Johnson City Tn. has changed a lot since even when I was younger, that Dawn Of Hope Building I went to elementary school there when it was called Stratton Elementary School and that corner where the Wal Greens is they have been several different businesses on that little corner, thanks for watching the videos, Hope you and everyone your way have had a great day and Have A Blessed Weekend 🙏
@@lawrencechristopher3830 It sure has. I went to Town Acers for elementary school. As far as Stratton goes, I barely remember when it first became Dawn Of Hope. I have a couple of vague/small memories of going to the playground there to play when I was little before it turned into Dawn Of Hope. Now that I think about it, wasn't that park next door actually the playground section there before they turned it into Dawn Of Hope? Like I said, I was pretty little then and have a couple of small memories of playing in the old Stratton playground when I was little before it turned into Dawn Of Hope. And on the Wal Greens, I remember that big blue garage/auto mechanic place and that one building right next door that had several businesses being there. Like I said, the three that I remember most was a movie and video game rental place, and insurance place, and a used car lot, which I believe was Unaka Auto Sales.
